GUIDELINES:
Please fill out this preliminary information form for any event that you are managing. After you submit this form, a member of the Digital Media and Marketing (DMM) team or Publications department will set up a time to discuss your event in further detail.
- The DMM and Publications teams require notice of at least 90 days prior to your event date.
- If your event is within 90 days, you must have written approval from your supervisor to receive assistance from the DMM and Publication team.
